Colson Kelly (aka Machine Gun Kelly), is a rap artist who is known for his unique style. Baker was born in Houston, Texas on April 22 1991 into the same German as well as an English Scottish family. Both of his parents are missionaries. In his early years, he often traveled with his parents. James Colson Baker, his father, struggled with depression and the dreadful job. Mother Sonia Alane had left him at the age of nine. Baker and his father and their aunt moved to Denver in the direction of Denver. Other kids in the area had a tendency to bully Baker because of his poverty. As he entered the sixth grade, Baker began listening to hip-hop. Colson Baker, also known as Machine Gun Kelly was born on 22 April 1990 in Texas in the U.S. With his music, he is well known for mixing modern hip hop and alternative rock. Baker had released four mixtapes between 2007 and 2010 before signing with Bad Boy Records. Then in the latter half of 2011, the Cleveland artist soared to stardom as he made the switch from self-releasing mixtapes to signing with respected labels. The popularity of this Cleveland rapper took off after he released his first mixtape in late 2011.
